I posted some shots from Leah's fall shoot a couple of days ago, yesterday was her older brothers turn in front of the camera. They do so well separately but when I put them together it is impossible to get anything good out of the effort.....Thanks for looking, comments welcome...........John

Cute kid. You captured a nice expression in #2. thumb.gif I noticed that they all seem quite centered, I would just change that up a bit.

Do you know, even before I checked the exif I knew you'd used the 135L - what IS it about that lens that gives such unique and gorgeous results?! LOVE.

Great series. I think my favorites are 2 and 6. I want to like 5, but the light change just doesn't work for me - I'm looking at that "stripe" instead of the very cute kid :D

2, 6, and 8 are my favorites. You know what else is a problem in 5- that door knob right behind his head. Cute stuff. It looks like you have some matching brother/sister shots, even if you can get them to cooperate in the same shot;)

Thanks Molly. And I didn't realize that I posted all center cropped shots. Here are a couple from the session that aren't centered....

The 135L is a great lens!! I was on the fence with #5 because of the wide range of exposure between the sun and the shade. I decided to keep it beacuse I like the "pose"

Thanks Caroline!! I agree that the door knob is a little distracting, but it wasn't a deal breaker. And you are right about the matching shots. I used the same location for both kids so I could hopefully use them together in some way later........
