He was watching and talking to me while I hung the Christmas lights. Perhaps he was hoping for some decoration on his tree! :D

    Love that first one...House finches are so common but they really are photogenic. Well the males are. The females are so non-descript. I love the pose and the details are tremendous.

    Nice capture Ric, got to love these little guys. For me I would have cloned out the top branch around the head and in the lower part of the bird below the tail, still a nice image just the same.
