Hi Folks:

These are some shots I took on a recent trip to Bosnia-Herzegovina. Mostly street, some more PJ.

Nice set, but this one stood out:

    steps.jpg

None of the others show the people in the place and show the damage to the place. But this one is a bull's eye, a real wow.

The woman with the cane from the rear works, but it could be anywhere.

    As usual, lose the sepia.
    If not now, when?

    Wonderful series!

I too like the one with the older woman and the damage around her--and still life goes on.

In contrast to that, I like the motion blurred guy walking by the two tagged walls.

The last one--don't know about that one--but it did make me laugh.

I agree with Rutt on his favorite. It's a good one. My particular favorite is the men playing chess. A small bit of refinement in an otherwise down trodden place.

    Nice series.

Very nice series. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I agree that the woman on the steps is wonderful.

Another I enjoyed in particular is the chess game.

I vote to keep the sepia. I like it for the shots of the city. :D

Of course, I am still fighting the b&w BD disease, which I hear is incurable - or trying to in any event. rolleyes1.gif

Woman on the stairs is definitely the winner. I will, of course, say lose the sepia wings.gif ...A number of intriguing shots here, but many could be of anywhere, where the woman on the steps suggests, for various reasons, an area post conflict.

Thank you all for the kind comments. Yes, I agree with the sentiments expressed about the generic nature of many of these. They were mostly snapshots, and they are not in any particular sets. Mostly, I was playing. Definitely having fun. I have others from this same trip that fit better in series. I'll see if I can post them.

I look forward to posting again later! Thanks again,
