I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    Hi rainbow,

Thanks for the nice comment. It's kind of sad to see Fall go, but then Winter in the Appalachians is pretty neat as well.

    Take care,

    Tom

    Yo Craig,

There's something especially appealing to me about the mountains when Fall is giving way to the coming Winter. All the little towns are each having their festivals, the weather is getting a real bite to it, and the countryside reveals itself so much more as the leaves begin leave in droves. It's a time when you really feel alive.

    Take care,

    Tom

Very serene. Takes me back to my childhood at my grandparents farm. Well done!

    Hi Tony,

Serene is a goood word for this scene. As I was getting back in the car from taking this shot, three deer ran right in front of me....just seemed to punctuate the moment.
