Hey everyone! Finally made some time to work on an idea for this challenge. But I'm thinking it lacks on some wow factor. Any ideas and feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.:D
I'm no expert, but I like your idea. Maybe if you crop it a little bit & brighten it up some, it'll pop a little more. Good luck.

Well you have very good taste in equipment, fellow Olympus user, so I brightened it up. But for cropping, I'm not sure how far to go. I want to keep the front tire in the pic for having a sense motion.
The original works better for me.
The motion on the tires in the first one added more of an "oh no!" because it looked like he was about to get dragged away.
Well, I do like the brightness & clarity in the second shot, but the first one is still a better oops to me. I guess what I mean by cropping it some was maybe to remove that front headlight (it just bugs me) and maybe that pole. Those two items are distracting to me and I was hoping you could get rid of that & still keep the essence of the moving tire & jacket caught in the door. I really love the expression in the first shot.
I like the first shot better also.
The line of sight down the sidewalk and the snow on the ground helps make it more believable.
I agree that the headlight is a problem that make a slight crop can fix.
I think also brightening up the photo, making the snow white instead of gray will add some pop.
Try brightening it using curves or levels.
It's a good idea and shot, I think it just needs a bit more post work.

Good luck.
I still don't really have much of an oops at all.

Thanks Dave. No snowboarders hurt, considering I'm the driver and the guy with his coat stuck in the door. Lol!
