In Coeur d' Alene, Idaho every year they have the Festival of Lights. It is hosted by the Coeur d' Alene Resort and is a spectacle to behold. It is a very well attended event. This year we got there nice and early for a good place to view the fireworks and the lights. This year, the weather was amazing and a beautiful clear sky. If you are ever in the area at this time of year, it is an event that you will want to see over and over. It is a family tradition for us. I hope you get a bit of the feel from these pictures.

Orv, you are sure correct about the winters!! I am really hoping not to have a repeat of the last 2 years. They were way to long and way too much snow.
Tubbs Hill is a great Hike. Beautiful scenery!!
Thanks, Ron
