C&C on this please

Hi,

I normally only post my potential challenge entries on the challenges forum, but this one is a portrait so I thought I would benefit from the posters thoughts on the "people" board too. I am considering entering this shot for Mega-Challenge #6 (theme: One Word). Any C&C would be appreciated. What do you think?

Funky!! I like it....very processed obviously, but very interesting! How'd you do it? I like how the lines in her shirt (on the shoulder) harmonize with the lines of the starburst background. Cool shot.

Nice effect, but "Fair" isn't exactly the equation I make to this because it is so whitewashed. Maybe we have different ideas of what "Fair Skinned" means.

I do like the PP on it as art, though.

Maybe it's just my screen, but the hair appears grainy, especially the part just left of her forehead. And, the line of the whitewash from there on to the left of the frame is too obvious, to my eye.


But what do I know Just my opinions. Good luck in the MC.

I like the PP...only nit would be the sharpening. Too much at too large a radius.
