I have searched and found nothing yet. In case I missed it, Is there a way to create bulk galleries at once. I am about to create approx. 160 galleries for an event, and would like to save some time.

Thanks
André

If you're running on Windows, Star*Explorer can create albums as well as upload your photos. I use it for all of my uploads. It can upload to multiple galleries in a single session, is fault tolerant, very easy to use.

It is available for what I consider to be a very reasonable fee - http://www.starexplorer.com/.

I just downloaded the free trial, installed it, but wouldn't install on my pc (vista home prem.)
It says with a popup "This program may not have been installed correctly, to check compatibility settings, etc"

It's fine - I always get that message too. But the product works.

If it doesn't work for you, report the problem in this thread - http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=4126. Nikolai monitors the thread and usually responds quickly.

Thanks Denise - I copied my last message to that thread.
Am I right in assuming I can use the product for 30 days, and if I am happy, then purchase it?

    Yes.

I also replied to your message in the Star*Explorer thread. Did you try to use it? As I mentioned above, I also see that message when I install - I just click that it installed properly, and I am able to use the product without errors.

Ok, I am testing it with a few galleries now to my "Temp" Category where I always do my tests first before the real deal.

Creating bulk galleries at once - I am okay with all the settings except for one which I can't find when I look at an existing gallery's settings. It is called "Smugmug Header". I am not sure if I must check that box or leave it unchecked. What does it do?

    I don't know.

If you have Star*Explorer questions you should post them in the Star*Explorer thread. That way Nikolai will see them.
