Moving Galleries to a Category

On my homepage all of my galleries are shown individually. I would like to have them display at the level of category and when clicked on show another page with all of the included galleries. Example:

Weddings:
Cisco
Pachua
Children
King of Peace
Amanda
Cheyenne
Is this possible?

    There is a toggle to display either by gallery or category at the top of the box. Try that.
