Trying some lighting
I got a haircut today, so I figured I should document it. One photo led to another and I ended up dragging out the gear to play with my lighting a little. I know they're soft - I had trouble focusing in the dark - I tried to keep most of the lights off around me so I could play only with the speedlight. But what do you think of the lighting?
1. I tried the clamshell, and I am freaked out by the lighting!! (in a good way!) Sadly, there's a hair shadow from the light that I had to leave on on my left side, but still...
2. This is the same clamshell setup but I was leaning on the back of a chair, holding the reflector.
3. I'm not sure about this shot - it's the only one I kept from my adventures with Rembrant lighting (I think...that's the one where the light is at 45 degrees?).
CC appreciated!
