Customer order... got cards but no 5x7's?

A customer placed an order last week for 50 cards, and i believe 2 different 5x7's... She recieved the cards and not the 5x7's... is this normal? the 5x7's were done by ezphoto as were the cards.

    EZPrints will often ship in multiple packages, as they ship when things complete. Write the help desk with the order number and we can double check.
