Hi everyone.

I am trying to post an image here that I have a question on.
I was trying to add it to my smugmug gallery so I can then post it here with my question.
It isn't working.

Is there a way I can show an image here that resides on my computer without having to first add it to my smugmug account?

Thanks.

I have a question about how to do something in photoshop and need someones expert help here.
You can also answer me at

Sincerely,

You can attach a single file to your post, or you can link any number of images to your post if they are already hosted online somewhere. Instructions for both techniques are on the following page - http://dgrin.smugmug.com/Tutorials/Digital-Grin

To link an online file, you must have permitted it in your Smugmug gallery control panel.

To attach a file, you must use the Manage Attachments button below the text box you type your post into and follow the dialogue box that pops up. You must point to the file in your computer directory - hard disc location - and it must meet the size and pixel requirements for an attached file and hit upload.

    still can't add an image
Hi! Hope your Thanksgiving was great.

Do you know why I am having trouble even adding a new image to my galleries?
I tried to add a new one for the last few days and every time I select "Add Photo" NOTHING happnes. The uploader menu does not come up at all.
And the activity bar just freezes.
    Your suggestions would be welcome.

    Jeff

I think you need to talk to a smugmug hero about that. They will want to know your operating system and software used for uploading. I have moved your thread to a better venue to answer your question about your uploading difficulties.

I did and no luck in answers yet.

Can you help me with the Photoshop aspects? If someone can see the image I can get feedback.
