First time shooting portraits with a pet!

What can I say, this was quite an interesting shoot. The couple are good friends of mine, and they recently picked up this Maltese puppy, Elle. When they came to me wanting portraits for Christmas cards, I couldn't refuse the chance to expand my horizons.

What do you think? Any C&C is good C&C.

    Very fun set and I think they are smitten with their new baby! As a dog lover myself, I can relate. :) I think they will like these a lot.

    Cute ! My favs are 1, 2 and 5. My only nit is a bit of a touch up that I would do... these types of dogs have issues with the fur under their eyes becoming stained. There are a lot of products made to remedy this, as it is a bit undesirable. I would touch up the areas a bit , fade the stains. Very nice job, cute family!
