"top keywords" & "most popular photos" not showing

I'm trying to enable top keywords. I have keywords enabled in the homepage options, but the keyword module is not showing on my homepage.

I'm having the same issue with the Most Popular Photos modules.

Do I have to do something in my CSS?

    It was in my css, in 2 places. I found and removed the first place but that didn't fix it, which is when I posted. Then I found a second spot in the CSS.
