How do I connect this LiteDome to my F717?

I'm looking at getting the Photoflex X-Small LiteDome for my Sunpak 383s. The appropriate speed ring connects to this shoe mount connector. I already have umbrella brackets that would work fine for lightstand use, but what sort of bracket do I need to connect it directly to my F717? Any comments as to quality or alternatives? Thanks.
