Buy This Photo not working in Firefox

One of my customers informed me that they aren't able to add photos to the shopping cart. After a bit more investigating, I discovered that the Buy This Photo option is not working in Firefox. When I click the link, nothing happens. On the other hand, when selecting Buy Photos In This Gallery, everything works as normal. Both options are working fine in IE.

Please help!

Update: customer is an OS X user who says it works fine in Google Chrome but not his native browser
