Went to Lake Hefner in OKC today and found this eagle. For two hours it circled the lake looking for food.

Eagles are always a thrill. Nice set Duane and a good job with a difficult exposure.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Fantastic. I was out riding my dirt bike last week and came across the biggest eagle I've ever seen. He was resting beside a stream (probably looking for his next meal) and too off upstream as I rode by. I stopped, killed my enigne and just watched him float though the valley upstream for a bit. What a majestic bird. The one I saw had to have a 6+ foot wingspan. If was truly amazing.
