Sideshow assistance

I am new to Smugmug and I m using it as a display tool to rcipients of a newsletter. I want to set a global default for all slideshows to play as fast as posible. I still want to display the thumbnails at the top and the speed bar but the default always seems to be Med.
Could someone please help me with the code and where to put it!
