What is the easiest way to get rid of lens flare. This customer is paying me a few ($10) for this photo if I can get rid of the lens flare. Since the money is not that great, I don't want to spend alot of time on it.

If you wish to add blue to the blown sky in a realistic manner, that is easy (although it will be flat and boring). If you wish detail, you will need raw or to fake it and drop in a new sky (from another photo or computer generated).
If you mean the flare spot on the man's shoulder/upper arm, yes there is a quick fix.
As a hack photographer (rare hobby) - I am learning more and more about the importance of using spot metering instead of matrix/area metering (not to mention bracketed exposures and exposure compensation)!
