"Replace Multiple Photos" isn't working :(

I need to replace 19 photos in a pending print order and that button that promises to "replace multiple photos" doesn't seem to be working properly?
when i double click on it - it redirects me to my gallery page ? and i can't seem to find a function to replace multiple photos on the gallery TOOLS.
anyone have an answer - thanks much!
(my first print order through smugmug - yipee- so I am needing to use all the handy options) :rofl
