I have a few ideas swimming in my head that I haven't been able to get taken yet, but these lights caught my eye at dinner the other night. Are they conveying the theme enough? I wasn't sure whether what they are made of comes through.

I am having the same issue with the lights I took. These could be either paper or plastic.

I like the shapes. And B&W works well. thumb.gif

Why are the top ones cut off? Maybe a crop and straighten there. ne_nau.gif

I'd prefer it if the tops of the stars weren't cut off, but I love that not all the lights are at the same brightness. I can't tell from the photo what material these are made of, but I like the ambiguityof it.

If you have another shot without the lights being cut off, or have a chance to reshoot (with at least the brightest star not cut off) I think you'll have a stronger entry, but this is still a nice shot! thumb.gif

That part of the ceiling was higher and the foreground ceiling was lower. I tried shooting from 4-5 diff angles trying to minimize the amount of ceiling and maximize the amount of awesome lights. :nah I'll tinker with the crop a bit to see what I can do.

Thanks for the great C&C (everyone!).
