Struggling through some Photoshop

Looking for a critique and suggestions on how to do this better.
Basically I love this shot but the booger nose and on jacket is aweful. So I did what I could but I basically suck at photoshop. So looking for advice on it...
So in backwards order...
Original...
After lightroom...
Final after Photoshop...
The photoshop work consisted of copy tool, healing tool, burning and dodging. Basically all trial and error as I was going along. There has got to be an easier more efficient way of doing this.
