...that really doesn't belong in this setting. That's why I shot it!

Great colour. Thats an odd way to unload. Our trucks here have vinyl curtains down each side so the driver opens them & takes/adds what he wants from anywhere along the side.

It actually looks a bit retro. Nice catch though thumb.gif

I love that! You have a good eye for the incongruous, or whatever the word might be.

In a way it does fit. Classic Coke.

...incongruous relates to geometry which relates to architecture....so it would relate to photography of the like!!!

    Gus,

I love explaining America to you............................

This really pretains to largerer cities........

If our delivery trucks had openings down both sides as your's apparently does, our delivery drivers would only make one delivery a day. At the first stop the locals would empty the truck. :D

Great shot, Ric. Very vibrant. And a great juxtaposition of old and new.

I'd like to see those old buildings without the truck, too, just out of curiosity about the buildings.

Well, in Canada, its not just to protect the product from theives that trailers are hard sided, but also for temperature regulation. Imagine a trailer full of pop protected by tarp in -40C!eek7.gifrolleyes1.gif
