I'm getting junk comments on galleries

I have recently started getting junk comments on my galleries from someone. I have no idea who they are, but it's the same person every time and they leave the same comment every time. I'm starting to think it's a bot. Can I get one of the heroes to look into this for me? Here is the comment I keep getting:

Yes, but at this point I'd rather find a way to block this person somehow. It's getting really annoying.

sorry, there's no way to block someone. But you can set comment approval in your control panel. This makes the trolls stop, since they'll not see there grafitti!

According to Google, this guy is a pervert and posts only on pages with little girls usually dressed in bathing suits or partially clothed. If you google his name or his comment you'll see what I'm talking about. This is sick. I really don't want to have to password protect my whole site to keep perverts like this out. Someone needs to track this guy down. He has to be leaving a giant IP footprint with all the posts he is making on the internet.
