I have two things to mention that may very well change the outcome of the photo.

The first is involuntary hand removal. One thing to always watch when shooting or cropping is to never cut anyone off right at a joint. On this image you've cut her completely off at the wrist which leads to a unhappy outcome.

The second is the brighting of the bed sheets. What type of lighting setup did you use? If it was an umbrella or softbox always point the hottest light (center) at her face and not in the middle of the frame. If it was a softbox or umbrella move the light in closer to soften it and also add a level of drama to the lighting.
