African Tourists
I'd not seen these before, so I looked them up. They are Yellow wagtails visiting the UK for the summer from Africa. They feed on the dragonflies and bugs around the river and are superb hunters....entertaining to watch too

(I think the way birding people look at it is that they breed in Europe so they visit us
