downloading filters

Hey ya'll I am wanting to download the topaz adjust and simplify filter onto cs4 how do I load it into photoshop once it downloads?

    I tried the Topaz free trial, and instructions were on the Topaz page. I forget what they were, but it certainly wasn't a problem. Also CS4.

    I didn't buy Topaz because I could not figure out the Re-Mask filter, and that's what I really wanted. The Details filter does have some interest to me. Some nice effects there, but it's slow.
