URGENT! WTF? Different pics on my smugmug ?

I have no idea what's going on here. Just noticed this following a thread I posted in Nikoncafe.
Here is a reply from a chap who's quoted my post which has my photos.

In his reply, however, under pic 5, there's a different photo, and not even one of mine.
URL to that seems to be: http://www.xavimages.com/Detroit/State-Theatre/State-Theatre-Bad-Boy-Bill-DJ/120-2097IMG/73464_e9U9L-M-1.jpg
The original URL to my photo is: http://www.xavimages.com/photos/738746467_dCSXM-XL.jpg
So part of the filename is similar. But how on earth can this happen, and how can someone else's photos be linked to my account ?!?
It looks like it's from another smugmugger called picturethisdetroit
Has DNS become confused somehow? This is pretty scary to me!
edit: if I replace my domain name with my smugmug user account, it doesn't work, i.e. http://xavimages.smugmug.com/Detroit/State-Theatre/State-Theatre-Bad-Boy-Bill-DJ/120-2097IMG/73464_e9U9L-M-1.jpg
I get a notification in firefox saying
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
