I was thinking of the progression of role playing games from old school D and D with books and dice to the computer games now and I wanted to show that.

My only irritation is that the best shot I am not sure about the angle. I am putting up the original angle and a rotated angle, no cropping has ocurred.

What do you think?

Original angle:

It's a little crowded, I would reshoot, and meaybe instead of CDs just include the dice and maybe some orc action figures or something.

Hmmmm, well I do not have any action figures I don't think and the CDs provide a counterpoint.

Maybe I am missing something re: the challenge as I think of it as a shot showing the choice of paper or plastic, not one or the other.

    Am I being too literal.

Right. Yeah it works for the theme, definitely. It's just that it all blends in together. Maybe bring back the color. Or reshoot from a different angle.

    You know what I mean?

Yeah I do...the angle is not the best... I may try outside and on a black background.

Lillith I had responded to your other post first then I saw this one. I have done one on this theme similar to this it is hard to capture the angle of book and cd. I did do it on a black background, it would work well for your subjects too.

Usually, when the theme is an 'OR' theme you can choose either one. You don't have to have both. For the circle or square challenge, most entries were either circles or squares. For this one, it could be either plastic or paper or both.

Yeah today I am going to use black backround today and try to nail it.

    Thanks!

Nice to know about how the challenge works as well.
