Do you all approve of her? Better question is, do you think that is really her hand holding the lens or is it someone else's ?

You may want you new assistant to keep her finger a little further away from the open end of the lens there, though, one little slip and you have dream sequence photos....
But, I'm sure she makes up for any technical shortcomings by being cute and sweet.

Lol, you are right about the oops thing, Andrew. I agree with you on that lens. 24-105 mm is a very nice all-purpose lens.
