Tamron SP 60mm, f2.0 Di II MACRO 1:1

OK, I'll admit, the Tamron SP 60mm, f2.0 Di II MACRO 1:1 just slipped by me earlier this year. On paper this should be a very interesting lens, a shorter focal length true macro with a pretty large aperture. This should give the lens some unique properties and potentially extra versatility.

    I read a review in a big nature photography mag and they were quite impressed with the lens performance - like with all macro lenses - and it's shallow dof at macro distances :D
