Anyone else having hard time getting into software that makes cards?
It keeps telling me I need to sign in above, when I'm clearly already signed in....
Never had this problem before...

It turns out there is a new bug that's appeared and they are working on it now....
In the meantime, if you have this type of problem, the hero's at the helpdesk have given me another option that worked!!
Just go to the first picture that you are wanting to insert into your card and click buy and then "create a card". Once you do this, it will then take you to the normal applet used to make a card.
And I have to add... I've seen a lot of negative comments about SM on here but I have to add my two cents.... SM was my first choice when I got into this business and I have bounced around a bit over the years experimenting with other sites looking for fresh looks, etc. I'm so glad I kept my SM account during this time, b/c I have ALWAYS ended up staying with them! You will not find another company that offers better service than these guys...especially when there are problems!! And believe me, you will find problems with each and every one you try if you wait long enough.....

It turns out that the card creator is not the problem. Its the link from the cards.smugmug.com pages.
The better method for creating the card: Go to your photo that you want in the card. Click the buy button above the photo, then click Create Card. That will take you to the card creator.
For some reason the links on that page are using an incorrect format. Our Card Programmer has a solution for that and we will get it fixed soon.
Sorry for the trouble. One of the heroes figured it out late last night.
