WTB: Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro Lens or similar

I am looking for a nice macro lens. I'm in college so would rather not buy a new lens so I can still pay for rent.

I would consider something like a Sigma 105 Macro but am not really a fan of the issues that come with an extending barrel and macro focusing.
