I blew it!

Well, 'I blew it' is right. I was taking this photo and the exposure was a bit off, which I tried to fix, but really couldn't and so I decided, "What the heck?" Blow it out! So that's what I did here. Can't say I like it or hate it, but in an artsy fartsy way, it tells a story. While, perhaps, I thought, even if it doesn't work here, it can be a fun technique for something else, especially since landscape photogs are always so amped to get the exposure right. I know I am. Thoughts?
