Holy Macro
Just playing around--haven't had time to set up with a tripod to do it for real. Handheld, 100mm macro, can't recall which tubes.

Not bad - hard thing with these particular flowers is getting a good composition they seem to be just the wrong shape for photography.

Brian,
Thanks. The wrong shape for close-ups, anyway. I haven't given up--as they open up, they offer new options.

Love it. Again the detail and the colors just make it so interesting.

David,
thanks. They are an interesting flower, but it is not obvious how to capture it. I just posted an entirely different take under the "December challenge: flowers" link at the top.
