Disclaimer: I know nothing about the modeling industry.
Honestly, I think I would toss this in the dust bin. Here are some things I think you need to address in future shots:
Background - such a distraction from her. The blues and greens and whites and pink - huge distraction. Especially as they are as brightly lit, and in some cases more so, than is Ashley.
Watch out for the wardrobe problems. Check out her collar. And loose the wrinkles on her arms, under her left arm, across her bust, and along her torso.
Framing - was it intentional to cut off half her left arm? How about her right elbow?
Lighting - I would fill the shadows of her eye-sockets a touch. And added benefit of this would be that there would be some catchlights in her eyes, which would go a long way in bringing them more to life.
As with everyone, her skin isn't perfect and I think a little (and just a little) skin retouching would go a long way!
You need to get your focus spot-on. I downloaded the original of this photo just to check (pixel-peepeing) and the focus isn't what it should be. Looking at the top of her head, it appears to be about six inches behind her eyes.
I'm not so sure about the dis-embodied ear.
After all that, is there anything I like about the photo? Sure ... pretty girl, interesting expression, nice posing.
