Found a rare bird in Miami Beach, a pair of juvenile Northern Gannets was fishing in my area. I had seen them last winter once and then never again. They have returned.

I just can't believe that you have received NO RESPONSES on these photos (well, I think that is the norm for this site).

Your first shot is an outstanding exposure, of a bird that I have never seen before. Job well done........clap.gif

Oh I'm used to Ira. No matter how good or bad my photos are I rarely get a comment. People here do not seem to care. So I don't post here much nowadays but I do at other sites where I get good feedback to help improve.

Don't understand the crowd here though as I do see many good comments and criticisms on other images, by I see a few photographers (myself included) that get little or nothing. Go figure.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thank you all and thank you Harry. You helped a lot in my improvement.

As for the gannets, they must be passing by as - the same as last year - saw them one day then never again.

PS: Keep Viera open. I plan to visit next month.
