Egret from afar - "Natural" Riverwalk

Two shots from the section of the San Antonio Riverwalk that is being left in a natural state. Lots of waterfowl. I went down there this week to work on some water shots and was treated to a long stay by this egret, which made a nice addition to these shots.

    Nice captures!
    I like number 2. The egret seems to be enjoying his perch between the still reflection and the sudden tumble over the rocks.

    Thanks, Joash. I think I prefer that shot also, although the first one is a good representation of that section of the river.

    After going back and forth deciding which I like better; I would say the first! Its as if he is contemplating stepping to the next rock. both are very pleasing!
