Finally got around to my usual menorah photo by candle light.

    All this color stuff aside on the other thread, this is just too cute. Did you plan the candles to compliment her Disney Princess sweatshirt? The flames also have a very interesting shape, maybe from her breath? Just very cool. This looks like 100% candle light here, correct? I love how you have this consistency of the table setting for this shot year on year.

    Very sweet little girl, with a wonderful expression.

    Thanks, Andrew. I did put a bit of light on the wall, but the light on Samantha is all from the candles.

    I think you're right about the candle flames. They are straight up in most of the other shots in the recycle bin.

    Another beautiful shot of Miss Sam!!! She is such a willing such and so very precious. I love candle light shots in general and this one is very very nice. Love here expression as she looks into the candles. Wonder what was going through her mind.

    I was going to wait for tonight since I cheated and took one with all 9 candles.

    Mitchell, these are adorable! I love the candle glow. In the last one I wish we could see a little more light on the oldest ones face. may be easier said than done. The very first one is fantastic though!
