What Bird Is This????

My friend Jerry who just joined smugmug took these photos, but asked me to post them on dgrin so someone would help him figure out what kind of bird this is.

He said it was big. I'm thinking maybe a young Eagle, but the dark spot on they eye makes me wonder if it's a Hawk of some sort.

Hope someone here will know as I've not a clue :D

    Looks like a Rough-legged Hawk MK.

    -dark spot wrist patch (underneath wings)
    -white with dark tip band (underneath tail)
