Problem with url links

Hi..
I have two smugmug power sites.
On the first (www.andygw.smugmug.com) each pic has a different url, meaning I can just cut and past the url from firefox into an email when I want to share something.
However, on my second site (www.kap5.net) only the galleries have unique url's that don't change. Thus I cannot direct others to a specific image and image size, because the url just links back to the gallery.
Why is this?
On both sites I have share set to on, and easy link set to on.
ps I know I could bring up the "find link" option and do it that way, but 1) that takes more time to do and 2) the transition is not as smooth, the link first shows the gallery and THEN the image pops up a second or so later.

With Journal selected the url does not change. I'm sure it wasn't always like this. What has happened?
