customer credit???

isnt there a fairly recent new way to give clients a credit for ordering prints and whatnot? if so how? for example lets say i want a client to be entitled to 200 4x6 prints. in the past they ahd to tell me what they wanted, i then had to order them myself. cant they order them now on their own with a credit?
