There are times when you send an email to someone and they do not receive it for various reasons. If you at the very least you reply back saying I received your email.

If Helen took the time to specifically reply to my post here, I don't think I was out of line expecting an update back, even to say there wasn't much progress. Even just to let me know she was working on it and had received my message (like I said earlier here). I 100% do not believe this is an unreasonable expectation.
I really wish this thread would die.Helen did her due diligence and got things in order and my tripod shipped. I haven't received it yet (purchased on 12/19 but consider the holidays in there) and would have loved it if they would have upgraded my shipping due to the error, but hey, beggers can't be choosers .
FWIW, I have since placed additional orders from Adorama and I'm looking forward to my shipment to arrive this Wednesday......
