I think it would also be nice to see more context. He looks like maybe he's thinking about something but I can't even start to guess what it is. Or maybe he's looking at that poster, but I couldn't tell what the poster was or if there was a particular reason why you chose to shoot him looking at this poster.

Yes, I see this as a Street image! Not only would some more contrast help, but darkening the blown out window scene, because it is not the main subject and is very high contrast, would help, too.
