Couldn't find a more appropriate place to put this than into the Support Thread:

As one of your many loyal customers who complains and whines somewhat routinely, and who always wants more (features), wants them now, and wants them bug-free, I have to say...in general, and in the spirit of the holiday season...Smugmug Support deserves King of the Hill ranking among photo-sharing sites!

I'm looking forward to 2010, and to what I suspect will be a knock-your-socks-off year in terms of new features and benefits offered by the SmugMug team!

    Thanks papajay. I only do a bit of hero work during the week, but I get to work along side our support heroes and see their incredible dedication and passion. It's a diverse group, but one that universally loves photography, SmugMug, and helping customers.
