Sending an Issue Request from the Contact Screen

I am trying to send the smugmug folks a help message. Up pops the dialogue box and I can type in my issue but there is no "submit button".

Why I am on it, I am trying to pay for a smugmug account for my daughter. She has a trial period account already set up.
When I do the sent a coupon deal it asks me to set up a new account (or some such request). I do not know what her password would be,
Any suggestions on either of these issues. Thanks

    dewey, your browser zoom is set to to more than the default. Try resetting it to default 100%. You can also email us directly, help at :)

    still no go. Use firefox and reset browser zoom, but still no submit button on the contact page.....arrrgghhhh.

    Sorry but been dic---dealing with this all day.

    I just want to set up an account for my daughter....
