This is from my first attempt at documenting my own street theatre -- Bushism in one hand, camera in the other.

I just posted and featured an entire photo essay rendered with this filter in my smugmug gallery. The filter is called "India Ink" and it's from Flamingpear.com. One of the most practical uses for the filter is making images not just grayscale, but real Black & White for cheap xeroxing or printing effectively on flyers. I think you can imagine that the image above could be successful without the color --- if the "glue" it was applied with was "normal." Check out the entire photo essay. It is now my featured gallery entitled "Burgle King Halloween". I've day-dreamed about doing an entire graphic novel with my camera & this filter.

You might also want to check out the flamingpear.com filter. India Ink can be used free for 15 days (nothing crippled). It has a mind boggling number of settings. My images were done with the "Crosscut" style and "overlay" glue.
