Thanks, Dan! Yeah, 700mm on a crop body. He was clear on the backside of a pond. I'm not good at estimating long distances, over a hundred yards certainly. I had a blast watching the coyotes, they're such good hunters.
Marvelous sequence. I just wish your subject had been more cooperative and had turned a bit more toward the camera.
