Went to the Gilbert Riparian Preserve (Water Ranch) yesterday morning near Phoenix. The temp was 35° and there was hardly anyone there.:ivar This facility has evolved into a world class nature preserve.:deal I personally counted about 30 egrets, 2 GBHs, lots of stilts, 100s of ducks and geese, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Thanks Rainbow. Much appreciated. It may have been cold, but it was a truly delicious moment, and I was dressed properly (right KDOG). KDOG knows what cold is, seeing he just got back from Yellowstone.
