Email options?

I'm using a godaddy domain wiht my smugmug site, using the CNAME to map www.myname.com. Is there a way I can get email (preferably webmail) using this domain name? I checked with my usual webhost, and they will only allow me to use a domain with them if I use their nameservers. Godaddy charges way too much to host a simple email account.

each domain comes with one email address at godaddy, go for it. I've been using godaddy for my email for years, they are awesome.
